Question: Really terrible allergies?
hi! so the past couple of weeks i have been having my allergies for almost every day, and its always so horrible. runny nose (really runny nose) sneezing every second, red eyes etc. i know what im allergic to, which is dairy products, mango flowers, dust and vog, and really gloomy days (rain, vog etc) the problem i have been having has been related at vog. there's tons of vog where i live right now and theres no wind to like move it, and its making me have my allergies, really really bad. and i cant do anything about it. i have tried taking pills, nose rinse, but sometimes it doesnt do anything or it makes it worse.
any suggestions?

when you have a spell like that, eat macrobiotically. Otherwise eat low acid/high alkaline food regularly. That may help.
I have had allergies for years and the best medication I have used so far has been Nasonex (nasal spray) but it works best if used for a month BEFORE seasonal allergy time -or every day if needed. I would suggest allergy testing and allergy injections for anyone with daily/dietary allergies. This cleared my son's allergies when he was young.
