Treat your razor burn with aloe vera gel. The aloe vera allows for protection from the environment and has analgesic qualities that reduce swelling, soothe the irritation, and form a barrier which protects the skin from infection and promotes healing. Cortisone cream will also help with the redness and discomfort. There is a non prescription one that you can get at the pharmacy. Also if you cannot get cortisone cream or aloe vera gel you can just use cold water and a wash cloth and pat dry. And check this site to learn how to prevent it in the future.

Be scrupulous about cleanliness for your other itching. Carry wet wipes with you to make sure you can keep the area clean when you go to the bathroom away from home.
