Question: Help red rash around my mouth?
i washed my face with soap, cause its been dry lately
then put on a premier mask left it on for about 20
minutes or more, and then washed it off.
and then put on nair hair removal cream
and its all red, and burns soooo much i washed
it off. and put vasaline on it
but it hruts so bad IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE HERPES
PLEASE HELP.

The soap itself can dry out your face even more than it was, but chances are you have a serious reaction to all of the product chemicals that have been mixed together on your skin.All of the things you mentioned are generally supposed to be used alone and at separate times not all at once.
My suggestion to you is to use a cold/cool compress or rag to ease the burning and if it gets worse or does not feel any better by tomorrow call your doctor and see what they recommend.
