It sounds like it could be Genital Herpes, which is predominately through sexual contact but not always, your best bet is to consult your physician because if left untreated it can progress and have major effects long term.

It could be herpes. You can get that from your mother. I did. But not the genital type.
It could be an allergic reaction too. You should have it looked at to be sure.
Just go to your mom or dad and tell them you are having terrible cramps with your period, and want to see a gynecologist to get on birth control or other medication for it. Then, when you are in with the nurse or doctor, tell them really what the problem is.
razor burn, or herpes, because you're lying, just to see what else it could be.
