Okay, so I have this huge pimple on the side of my nose. Im a guy btw. It fricken hurts and i don't want to pop it. Will it go away eventually? I don't have any acne cream or anything.

It's not actually a pimple. You are mutating and soon you will have a second head. You should call Dr. Charles Xavier and apply to the School for Mutants.

Good idea don't pop it! It's way easier to cover up a pimple when it's not popped and scabbed over. Pick up some cheap concealer if it's really red, I have used a dab of visine on some before and it took the redness away. It will go away, just might take a couple of days!
