Question: Rashes: inside elbow, painful(stingy), raised, contains liquid?

I have rashes on the inside of my elbow towards the side (not center). They are not itchy - actually they're moderately painful (stingy pain). There are a few raised lumps, and when I scratched or squeezed some clear liquid comes out. It has been like this for about 3 days and not getting better. I have been applying dry skin lotion but it's not helping. What may this be?
