Is there a disease or disorder that stops one from aging/growing?!

Question: Is there a disease or disorder that stops one from aging/growing?
Is there a disease or disorder that stops a person from physically aging or growing? A friend of mine was saying something about a disease or disorder that usually manifests around puberty in which a person ceases to physically age and looks like an adolescent for most of their lives. We both read a lot and were talking about possible plot devices to use in a drama we are working on and I can't find any references to anything similar except for one episode of Law and Order:SVU and it's used a lot in manga and fan fiction apparently but never named.

I've been searching the past 10 minutes. One blog claimed it's called Highlanders Disease but I've found no proof of that, so that may have been someones bogus answer.
There is definitely a rare disease that causes a person to age super fast.
I found this....Prader Willi Syndrome, a genetic disease that stunts growth........

There is a disorder that leaves a person looking much younger than they are. My brother is laws half brother has it. He is in his late 20's and looks around 15. Andy Milonakis, the guy from MTV, also has it. It's a congenital growth-hormone condition.
