Question: How do i sleep after having nasal surgery/septoplasty?
i am completely miserable, I haven't slept since surgery like 4 days ago.
I'm so tired and in so much pain, I just want to be able to fall asleep more than one consecutive hour :(
i can't breathe through my nose and i have to keep my head higher than the rest of my body, so its a very uncomfortable position.... how do I manage to go to sleep???

i get you. i had 2 surgeries,and still cant breathe,anyway after surgery couldnt sleep for 2 days untill got used to it, breathe thru mouth,its hard but you will get used to it. hi i would like to know what exactly was your problem.write me back if you want. andrew_bagrin@yahoo.com
