Is there a alternative to drinking the glucose drink? with lapband i can not drink any carbonation.

You'll be glad to know that glucola, the glucose drink that you're requested to drink when having an OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test), isn't a carbonated drink then, my friend.

The drink shouldnt be carbonated, call your doctors office and double check if it is. If so they should be able to figure out an alternative
