Hi, ( this is embarrassing )
i have a tight foreskin and i cant seem to pull it back over the head.
And theres this piece of skin that is attached beneath the penis ( i think its called frenulum ), but its kinda short and seems impossible for me to pull the skin back with it even if i do stretch the skin.
and yes it hurts when i try to pull it when it has reached where that happens.
And also i have this very tiny black dot ( mole?) on the outer skin as well recently.

i believe your condition is congenital in nature. (since birth)
i advised you to go to your doctor because it needs a surgical repair. i read books regarding that and as far as i remember, it may harbor microorganisms if not treated immediately.
