There are some RARE childhood cancers that can form in the chest area but these are RARE.

As you are concerned and don't feel you can discuss this with your father, just ask if you can see a female Dr as you have some female questions and your father will probably agree.

This is unlikely to be anything serious.

Im 17 years old and found a lump in my breast a couple months ago, had an ultrasound on it and it turns out it was a tumor and i got it removed. But 13 is very young, I suggest you watch it for a month and if it doesn't go away, then see a physician.
