Do you mean your blood pressure is "100/70 mmHg". If so, your blood pressure is low normal. If you don't feel fatigue, dizziness, light headedness or fainting, then your blood pressure is OK.

ma'am, is the systolic 70 and the diastolic is 100? if that so, i could say that it's abnormal. But if the reading of your BP is 100/70, for some girls, If you don't feel anything that's odd, that result is normal. But I advice you to see an internist for some assessment.
