The relationship between blood sugar and secreting of insulin in a human body?!

Question: The relationship between blood sugar and secreting of insulin in a human body?
The blood sugar after and fasting is normal ie., blood sugar (F) is 97 mgs/dl (normal between 70-110 mgs) and blood sugar (PP) is110 mgs/dl (normal between 80-16 mgs). But the result of lab test of insulin (F) is higher ie., 20.38 ulu/ml (normal for adult is 0.7 - 9.0). I would like to know the condition for the results as shown above.

"lab test of insulin (F) is higher ie., 20.38 ulu/ml (normal for adult is 0.7 - 9.0)" is not clear. My lab provides just the FBS and PPBS (Post Prandial Blood Sugar) as stated in the first portion of your query. Ask your lab to check the HbA1c value which is the 3-month average blood sugar value (charges Rs.150-200) in your blood (need not be fasting blood). If that value is <7 your blood sugar control is excellent. 7 to 8 is Fair Control Above 8 is Poor Control. This is a better value to track than the FBS and PPBS.
