White flakes on my scalp? Dandruff?!

Question: White flakes on my scalp? Dandruff?
okay, I really just noticed this like 2 days ago.. I started brushing my hair after I got out of the shower and noticed these white flakes on my scalp. I thought it would be dandruff but then I thought it might be just dry skin because I blow dry my bangs( the type that go straight across my forehead) everytime I get out of the shower? I figured dry skin because of the heat of the dryer... & also because it's winter so I get very dry during this time of year. I don't know if it's dandruff or not, please helpppp! I'm only 13. thanksss.!

Yep, it sounds like dandruff but don't panic it's not a big problem. :) The white flakes are skin cells from your scalp and dandruff just causes your scalp to shed skin cells more often. There are lots of shampoos out there which target dandruff, especially Head and Shoulders. Try some of those products and there's also a product called Tea Tree Oil & Blue Cypress Dandruff Control Conditioner which is meant to really help. If none of that works, then talk to your doctor or a chemist and you'll be able to get an over the counter remedy :)

It is probably dandruff. The most effective management is probably Nizoral shampoo, get mum to get some. It is both over the counter and available on prescription.
