What could cause slight bulge in left abdomen?!

Hi, I started getting IBS pains about 3 days ago. Its especially worse at nights and I struggle to fall asleep and I wake up during the night several times due to the pain. Sometimes its sharp and then crampy. I can feel my intestines move. I noticed whenever I get these cramps I have a bulge on the left side of my abdomen about an inch below my navel and about 2-3inches away from my navel on the left. There's no pain when I touch it or press but an intermittant mild pain mostly during the day, but becomes worse when stressed and increases at night. I also dont feel well, tired due to lack of sleep and slight headache that comes and goes. I also noticed my eyes were more photosensitive when I went outside today. What could cause the bulge and the pain?
