Question: What kinda of sickness might I have?
I've been around farm animals, and fair food... I have fever, stomach pains vomiting and bloody diarrhea?

Worms !!!!.You have lot of them in your stomach .See a doctor asap.
Food poisoning most likely. Most ant-diarrhea meds tell you to see your doc if it persists for 48 hours. That's my advice, too. You will get dehydrated and be low on potassium and then you will have MAJOR problems!
