clearly, your allergic to something. Like previous answerers stated its most likely due either to the perfume your wearing or some jewelry you wear consistently. It could also be an environmental allergen like dust or animal dander... only way to know is to try avoiding all of these allergens or getting formally tested by an allergist

I'm allergic to nickel which a lit of necklaces have and I break out every time I wear them
