How come one of my arms are different shades ?!


Question: How come one of my arms are different shades ?
Im a light skin african american . My left arm is about 5 different shades but my right arm is my regular skin color. Is this normal ? What is it and why is it like that?

Do you hang it out the window when you drive? Perhaps a blotchy tan?
