Question: What do about full body rash with spots?
I WENT TO THE DOCTOR 2 WEEKS AGO AND HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD A FULL BODY ALLERGIC REACTION. IT LOOKS LIKE CHICKEN POTS AND IT CHESS JUST AS BAD. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THE ITCHING AND THE SPOTS?

Call the doc's office and let them know you still have an itchy rash. Allergic rashes don't last two weeks unless you are still being exposed to whatever is causing the allergy. You probably need at least 2 things: a steroid injection to stop the reaction, and a visit to an allergist to figure out what is causing the allergy.
All you can do on your own is to take benedryl, and eliminate anything new in your diet or house that might possibly be causing the reaction.
Get some diaper rash creme and put it on you. I no it sounds dumb but it works.
