Does anyone else have luteal phase defect?!

Okay so I have been trying to get pregnant for six months. I am pretty certain I have been pregnant 3 times, and miscarried all times. The last time I had the doctor do a test and I was 2 days-7 days pregnant. I only had six days between ovulation and spotting. This is an ongoing thing. The doctor doesn't have time to see me for another couple of weeks and I want to fix this problem. She didn't even want to test my progesterone levels. Ladies, is this normal?
