Question: I had a heart attack at work can i sue?
i was working one night felt ill finished my shift drove myself to hosptiol they said i had a heart attack since then i had another they put 5 stints in and told me my heart wall was dead i still work at same place but since august of 2010 they have made it hard for me hopin i would quit but i havent is this because they think ill sue them

That isn't going to work. The judge is just going to look at you like your some kind of idiot.



You would have to offer convincing evidence that your workplace caused your heart attack. That might not be easy to do and might not even be true. If you needed 5 stents, that means your arteries were clogged by cholesterol, which is caused by your diet, exercise habits, and genetics. You might have a better chance of suing MacDonald's.



If the heart attacks you've had were not caused by where you work then no, you couldn't sue. Just because you had one at work, doesn't meen you can sue them.... if it wasn't there fault then you have no case.



They are called stents not stints.

What would you sue them for? A heart attack? not their fault.
