Normal thyroid test but have antibodies?!

Question: Normal thyroid test but have antibodies?
I have always had a swollen thyroid and have been tested for it with normal results.. I've always been prone to anxiety and panic attacks, but in the last month they've been so bad I feel out of control.. My doctor put me on anxiety meds and tested my thyroid and did a full panel this time.. My results were all in normal range except I had high antibodies.. I think the numbers were 286 for the antibody.. Anyone have experience with this and does anyone think this could be causing my anxiety?

Adrenal glands or adrenaline may be causing your anxiety - should take Inderal/Propranolol as a Beta Blocker. Antibodies indicate infection, could be anywhere, but possibly in mouth with Oral Lichen Planus or tonsils, maybe irritable of inflammatory bowel - a product of anxiety.

Ask doc for Mirtazapine also, and get a full night's sleep. Give yourself a break, mild exercise, and de-stress.

If it continues in a month, go back for lab work, complete endocrine system workup.
