I have the same on my right calf area, but I cant seem to get rid of them!
I'd say try a facial cleanser with pH, to try to open the pores so the skin can breath more. If you're putting lotion on your arms you probably don't need to. Hope I helped.
ya i used to have those and I asked my dermatologist about them.
do u use a loofah? you need to really exfoliate your arms and that will definitely help get rid of them. worst case scenario you could get some meds which will make them go away quickly. I did that (can't remember what they were called) and they haven't come back since :)
