If you're pregnant, it's not from the sex you had on Tuesday. You wouldn't even be pregnant yet if you were going to get pregnant from the sex on that day - it takes 7-10 for fertilization and implantation to happen.
But false positives are very rare. It sounds like you were already pregnant before Tuesday. When was your last period? You should schedule an appointment with a doctor ASAP - go to Planned Parenthood if you don't have health coverage - and get the pregnancy dated, so you can seek prenatal care and/or make whatever decisions need to be made.

Chances are you were already pregnant, or the test showed a false positive. A home pregnancy test would not be able to detect a 1 day old pregnancy. Go to your doctor and have a blood test done to confirm the result you got from the home pregnancy test.
If it showed you being pregnant then you were pregnant before then!!!!! They generally don't show results until after you have missed a period
