Question: Whats wrong? My heart races all night?
This has been going on for three days and every night around four in the afternoon through out the night my heart races and I feel nauseated but I never vomit. I end up laying in bed because my body feels so tired and it takes hours to fall asleep and the next morning I feel perfect!!
I have been thinking I could possibly be pregnant or it's stress. But stress never really is a huge issue for me and I really doubt I'm pregnant. I eat normal my food intake is normal my weight is healthy, is there something else that could be wrong with me?

i had the same thing when i was taking benadryl as a sleep aid
i would literally hear my heart beat while i was sleeping
i stopped taking it and havent had the problem since
although i was taking 4 times the recommended dosage, so that might of been my problem
so yah maybe its a medication you might be taking

Don't be guessing with taxicardia! First, have someone check your pulse to be sure you heart is racing. If it continues, see your doctor!
It could be anxiety.
