Should I see a doctor for sleep paralysis?!

Question: Should I see a doctor for sleep paralysis?
I've experienced sleep paralysis for about many years now.Iam 16 years of age and turning 17 next month.my first experience was when I was in the living room at my house. My mom and I were watching t.v. Later it was over. Then I fell asleep quickly. It felt like I woke up and I was about to yell for my mom... All of sudden I was stiff and couldn't talk I tried to move and yell but it felt like there was something like a spirit over me. Anyway one of my other experiences were when I was on the floor on my living room. Everyone went to bed and I think it was around three or something so I felt like I woke up and I did and my eyes felt like they were really BIG, my muscles felt like they were growing really huge , I started Saying lord Jesus all of a sudden it went away. My expierience last night was I went to bed on my bed, I was thinking that I knew I was going to get that paralysis again. 20 minutes onto the sleep I woke up not moving. My eyes were only moving my breathing was very unusual. My left hand was raising and my fingers were curled up like they were going to claw someone like a cat. Anyways now my sleeping is not right. I feel really lazy during the day now. Should I consult a doctor?
