Thirst
Loss of Appetite
Dry Skin

your blood pressure is just okay based from your height and weight . you have to check other blood test like your sugar level . your complete blood count which includes your hemoglobin level . feeling of tired ness .stomach cramps . dizziness are due to anemia . hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia or what we call diabetes mellitus .

I know the feeling, are you feeling uncomfortably warm? if so I would drink some water and eat a small healthy snack, then I would try to sleep, if stomach doesn't feel better try taking rolaids, tums, or pepto bismol. they all seem to help me with my stomach

Sounds like you are definitely deficient of something..maybe iron, could be dehydration. Call your doctor's office and the nurse can probably diagnose you over the phone.

It's not dangerously low. You do, indeed, have a lot of symptoms of dehydration. Has sipping water helped?
