Answers:

You don't have breast cancer. Your other questions show you're a school student. Teenage boys don't get breast cancer - there has never been a single case diagnosed.

Men can get breast cancer, though it's rare - fewer than 1% of all those diagnosed with breast cancer are male.

Most men who develop breast cancer are over 60. Through breast cancer support networks I've met a few men with breast cancer in their 50s and late 40s, but that's rare.

The youngest man ever diagnosed with breast cancer - anywhere, ever - was 24. His case is known internationally because not only is he the youngest, he is the youngest by several years.

What you are describing is almost certainly gymaecomastia; this is a button-like growth under the nipple and areola area that can be felt and is sometimes visible to the naked eye; occasionally it can be quite tender.

This increase in the amount of breast tissue is not a tumour and occurs due to changes in hormone balances at times like adolescence - your age in other words

Talk to one of your parents; and/or mention it to your doctor at your next appointment so that s/he can reassure you

Men do get breast cancer.About 1% of breast cancer are in male.
But in your case your DOC is right.
It is just fatty deposit.
In 2 years cancer would have grown, local spread or ulceration would have develiped with may be systemic disease as well.
You reduce weigt and fat and do some push up exercises.

Yes men can get breast cancer.
However if you have seen your doctor recently and he has assured you it is just fatty tissue, then it most likely is.
See another doctor for a 2nd opinion if you are concerned.
PS. Your nipple/breast maybe sore because you keep poking at it.

If you doctor has assured you, than there is nothing to worry about.
