Question: My boyfriend twitches while he's sleeping..?

My boyfriend twitches when he is asleep. It could be his whole body or just his hand or just a leg. It only happens sometimes. It use to happen a lot before but has stopped and last night it happened again. Sometimes I get worried and think he's having a bad dream so i wake him up but he said he's fine. What could this be or mean? Thanks in advance

take a video recorder and record you Both sleeping you will be suprised at the amount u both move and that you have no recollection of moving!

Everyone twitches and moves whilst they are sleeping and you should never wake someone up when they are dreaming. He is not concerned so why are you?

Yeah most people twitch when they are asleep, usually when they are just on the cusp of a deep sleep - don't wake him up, he'll get really pissed off after a while!

Awwwww thats cute my boyfreind twitches to. He twiches his nose and pouts his lips and moves them from side to side ...i love it XD
