Is this a STD or something else please help!?!

so i had all the symptoms of gonorrhea or chlamydia such as swollen penis tip and some discharge of a white color, and i was treated for them with a shot in my hip and a funky drink, today three days later i got my test results back and everything was negative so what could it be and i did not have unprtected sex which makes me curious. any ideas? and my symptoms have subsided after being treated for those two but still wanna know.
