Would HMO pay for an operation for a deviated septum?!

Question: Would HMO pay for an operation for a deviated septum?
I want to fix my nose and get a rhinoplasty at the same time, I was referred to a specialist but I heard from the surgeon I want to get my operation from that HMO usually doesn't cover that. Any help?

Answers:

They should pay for a deviated septum that is giving you breathing problems. Make no mention of the rhinoplasty and neither should the doctor. A good repair involves the same work.
