Why do I get extremely cold at night?!
Question: Why do I get extremely cold at night?
Answers:
low blood sugar, low blood pressure, and/or nutritional deficiency in iron and vitamin B12 (anemic)
personal experience and I research A LOT about nutrition
Actually, your body temperature will peak by late afternoon/early evening and then start to taper off. You could be anemic or have a vitamin B deficiency. Your doctor can perform a finger prick test in the office to test your iron levels. Either way, a B-complex along with an iron supplement can help with the low body temps. I sometimes use a heating blanket on my side of the bed under the sheet when I become uncomfortable.
Personally anemic.

perhaps you need a little more fat in your body?
fat helps to keep you warm, so maybe you're really skinny?
i have the same problem, just not as drastic as yours.
Try turning on the heater at night.
