Clear liquids, if you can stomach them. Chicken broth, sprite, ginger ale, gatorade etc. Make sure your drinks are at room temp. You can even try jello. I wouldn't eat unless you know you're not going to vomit. Keeping yourself hydrated right now is key. If you must eat, start small, try saltines. Once you are able to keep foods down, I suggest coconut water, it has more electrolytes than gatorade, more potassium than a banana, and tastes delicious (if you like coconut). Yes eat. Start with a bland diet. Crackers, rice cakes, water etc. If you can keep this down then increase your diet. As previously mentioned your body will tell you if you can eat. If you gets nauseated stop and wait for a few hrs, then try again. 3 days has been more than long enough to go without eating. Good luck

You gotta have something. Try saltine crackers and make sure you get your electrolytes replaced if you are throwing up. Also try a little soup. I think your stomach is telling you, it's time for you to eat. If you can keep a small amount of food down, try increasing what you eat.
eat ice chips and drink gatorade. if you can keep that down try some crackers. if you cankeep that down eat soup.
Your body lets you know when it wants food.
If you feel hungry then eat.
yes you should eat health food like soup.. most likely chicken noodle.
feed a cold....... starve a fever...... flu = hot soup and hot tea.
