You may only be twenty but with a five year history of smoking you are definitely putting your self at risk.

Cancer, emphysema, bronchitis, and my all time personal favorite.

Trust me on this. I have end stage. Man i wish someone would have locked me away and took away the key till I stopped smoking. I know live with a 50 hose that supplies my oxygen. I cannot run, or even walk at a fast rate. I cannot clean my home, walk my dog..........i walk from the bed to bathroom, to the kitchen chair and i am spent.

I am not kidding. I just turned 54. I will not see my son marry, have children. I won't be able to retire with my husband. I was given 2 years, which i passed a few weeks ago. No i am not dwelling on self pity. I want to share with as many that will listen.

Go to the doctor asap. Ask for a chest ex ray, and a spirometor test to find out what your lung function is. What may seem like nothing could be the beginning of something. For years they told my ah, your just outta shape , once you quit smoking it will all go away. What they should of said was stop it now, Period!!!!
By the time I knew what it was it was to late. Please, Please........love yourself enough to do something now.

You probably have a build up of tar in your lungs. Smoking causes lots of problems. I know a few people who got lung cancer from it. You may want to get checked out by a doctor to rule out cancer. Definitely stop smoking as soon as possible.
