My son is 13 14 soon and he gets ear infections probaly once every 2 mounths, our doctor says he might have to go see a ear nose and throat doctor. But we know he's going to want to put tubes in my sons ear and me or my son do not want to go through that he's had tubes once when he was 4 and he also has his tonsoles and adnoids out. Sometimes he goes 6 mounths or a year without a ear infection just help we really need it

I think by now you've realized that western medicine with it's constant antibiotics doesn't work. Here's what you should do, and if you have an open mind and actually try it you might be surprised to find that he gets better.
First, change his diet. You didn't mention his diet once, and I'm sure his doctor didn't even ask about your son's diet, which doesn't surprise me one bit. A healthy immune system is less likely to get infected. No junk food, no processed food, no desserts, no soda. Just healthy whole foods. Lots of vegetables, fruit, homemade soup, good quality yogurt, salad, steak, etc. Not a little salad with dinner drenched in salad dressing. I mean really change the whole diet. Think, if they wouldn't eat this on an island in the mediterranean, I'm not gonna eat it. The fact that he keeps getting infections shows that he lacks good bacteria in his body, probably from taking so much antibiotics over time. This is fixed with nutritious whole foods.
Secondly, go see a GOOD acupuncturist. There could also be a blockage of energy in the meridians near the ears, which causes stagnated chi and can lead to infection.
You might think all this is bullshit, which is fine, its your loss, but if you just write off 3000 years of medicine, and instead repeat something that has proven to not work, then that is literally the definition of insanity. Good luck

I would at least see what the ENT doctor has to say, he is a specialist in this area and may have a solution for your son.
