Problems Breathing! Probably has something to do with allergies!?!

Question: Problems Breathing! Probably has something to do with allergies!?
It all happened all at once. Just one morning I had really bad allergies to something. Probably dust or pollen. I live in Las Vegas so probably dust. But also I was wheezing terribly and I couldn't take a deep breath. I've never had this problem with allergies and I've lived here for 5 years now. I am also developing chest pains from breathing in so deeply so I can get a good breath.

You need to see a doctor to find out what that is. I have chest pains which for me means that I have Anxiety Disorder and mild to severe panic attacks. They come from one to three times a day and feel like a heart attack, an asthma attack or a stroke and sometimes it feels like I am going to faint if I don't drink water. Go and see a doctor as soon as possible to find out. You could have Anxiety Disorder or asthma or heart problems. Don't panic too much, but go and see a doctor tomorrow, or if you are still having chest pains tonight, it wouldn't hurt to go and visit the local hospital to get your blood pressure checked like I did. They are open overnight and it is sensible to check yourself out. It will be ok as long as you go and get yourself checked out. Seriously, don't laugh. It's not a laughing matter, but it's not a panic matter either, as long as you go and see the doctor. They will know and can help with whatever it is. My grandpa had heart problems for a long time and has lived an extremely long life. I have anxiety and am doing ok. If you have real bad problems breathing, close your eyes, breathe in slowly and deeply and draw the number one in your head, then breathe out slowly and say internally, 'Relax.' Count to twenty. This helps with severe anxiety panick attacks. I usually go and get a big glass of water also. It may help anyway and will help to slow down the heart rate for you. Do that and really..don't put it off or decide you're fine. You don't know that until the doctor tells you so. However, you WILL be fine if you go and see a doctor, whatever's going on can be fixed. If it's heart or asthma, you'll probably just need medication. It will be ok when you go and see someone and if it's not, they can and will fix i; so go and do it. I'm sorry you're afraid and in pain. I don't know what it is for you, but I do know that my panick attacks are pretty scary and awful. I feel confident that you'll be ok or else fixed fairly quickly but I feel bad for you. It's very scary when you feel like you have no control over your own body. I had to leave my friend at the cinema last week because I felt like I had asthma and couldn't breathe at all in the cinema. I wish you all the best :))
