Question: In mountaineering activity is it dangerous to eat a lot of chocolets and dry fruit (sugar)?

I'd go for the dry fruit over the chocolate - when climbing mountains this is absolutely fine - you need the sugar to replace some of the energy you're using - I'd be more worried if you weren't eating any carbs and climbing! xx



Yes , you will need the extra energy.
