Question: I have very dry skin on my hands and feet?

That looks like it could be really sore too.

Try something along the lines of a double base cream, not sure where you are, but in the UK you can get something called e45 which is neutral and helps with this sort of thing.

Strongly recommend seeing a health care provider for the condition though, perhaps a podiatrist for the best treatment.
