Answers:

first if your just starting out walking take it slow don't be so much in a rush to walk that 2 miles, take it easy a few steps at a time they always say, second if your body is sore upper body then i wouldn't worry to much you probably over worked yourself and need a good rest. I would suggest a nice warm towel or a heating pad and some Tylenol do not take aspirin, always stay hydrated when working outside even if it is winter, juices high in c, e are great also at 14 you should be taking a multi vitamin depending on if your male or female there is one for each. choose which one best suits you. also if the pain gets worse and lasts more than 2 days i would go see a doctor you could have ripped a muscle and done some damage that they can only fix with prescription medicine. Above all take it easy there is no reason to rush around doing things and hurting yourself. Also above all make sure before you start any exercise even if it is walking that you talk to your doctor first and stretching is the most important thing you need to do!

your mucles are just sore from lack of excercise, and they are simply going to be this way for a few days.
you need to stretch next time before you walk again.
