What's the strange sound when I breathing?!
Question: What's the strange sound when I breathing?
Answers:
i would definitely get a second opinion i am an asthma sufferer and i wheeze a lot i smoke as well which is a no no and i'm 33. I have no room to talk on smoking but speaking from personal experience there are two things you can do one try a nice hot cup of coffee i know sounds weird but there is something in coffee known to loosen up the lung muscles and help breathing as well as stop wheezing and chest tightness another is seeing a pulmonary specialist and have them listen to your breathing there trained for this type of thing, a regular medical doctor however isn't. no offense to any MD's out there. I'd refer you to one but i'm not sure your in my area however if you are in NJ and are ready to take the ride i would suggest pulmonary medical associates, schedule an appointment for Doctor Nadarajah Daya who is the best pulmonary specialist in NJ, I have listed there web site for you just encase. and good luck!

I smoked from age 14 up to 50+ and now have emphysema and have to use drugs to Breathe so if you can passably quit no matter how hard it is for you it is worth it and i know it will help it did me. it was the fear of dieing that made me do it.
