Sharp Pain in the Chest?!

I suffer from anxiety and panic everyday and recently I've noticed that a pain in the very middle, upper throat area i have a very sharp knife like pain when i breath in deeply, I've thought air bubble and tried waiting for a burp and moving around thinking i may have pulled something but nothing seems to help. Can anyone who may have had this type of symptom before or even know what I may be talking about be able to help? Thank you and please no need for rude answers or sarcastic remarks thank you!!
