Will drinking large amounts of water help clear my acne?!

Question: Will drinking large amounts of water help clear my acne?
I have mild acne, more than the few pimples here and there, but definitely less than my whole face being covered. Currently I am using a silk tree type of face cream and it helps greatly, but I want to find some other way to get rid of my acne, and the scars it has left behind. Can anyone also recommend good acne products that I can buy at my local Walgreen's? And I was also wondering if doing a lot of exercise, like running, to get my body in really good shape will help get rid of my acne.

Answers:

Drinking water cleans the body, have plenty of healthy foods and cut the fats, many zits are cause by a buildup of dirt and fat, drink plenty of water and eat well and all the bad stuff will leave different holes

Drinking plenty of water is always good in overall general health.

Good basic skin regimens that may help with the acne battle:

Cleanse twice daily with a 5% benzoyl peroxide wash. An alternative for those who are allergic to benzoyl peroxide is 2% salicylic acid.

Apply a gel or cream containing 5% benzoyl peroxide; an alternative is sulfur or resorcinol.

At night, apply a spot cream containing sulfur to the affected areas.

Use a light skin moisturizer and water-based oil-free makeup.

Its best to drink just appropriately. Although drinking water does help, but drinking too much will cause water poisoning which is fatal if not brought to the hospital immediately. Personally I think that although exercising helps you to sweat out the toxins in our body, it is important to cleanse properly after sweating, because sweat that are not wipe off or wash off cleanly will result in clogging of pores, thereby causing acne.

it wont necessarily 'clear' your acne, but will have a positive effect..

No.
