Fainting upon standing, ALWAYS dizzy when standing?!

Question: Fainting upon standing, ALWAYS dizzy when standing?
hi guys! So here's my situation. The past year I have always been getting dizzy when I stand up, even if I have been sitting for a short amount of time. Along with the dizziness, my vision sort of goes "tunnel vision" on me and I feel like I will pass out. That stuff isn't that bad, but today I got up after sitting for probably only 15 minutes, and I fainted and fell to the floor. Within about twenty seconds I regained consciousness. My side hurt, obviously because I had just fallen, and I was sitting on the floor. This freaked me out really badly because I have never fainted before....I've read that it could be postural hypotension. Does anyone have any other things it could be or other things I could try so this won't happen again? If this is any help, I'm a 14 year old male; 6 foot 4 inches tall; and I am on Adderall XR. I am very convinced it isn't the Adderall because I've been on it for a month and if anything I think it has slightly lessened the dizziness. Thanks to all who can give me a good answer. Oh and please don't respond to this if you don't have a legitimate answer. Thanks!

well for one i think it could be a mixture of your height and your age. if you are 6' 4", and only 14 that's a lot for your heart to be doing. the postural hypotension seems the most likely. i'm 6' 1" and get it from time to time as well. i would follow up with your doctor, they may want to do lab work to make sure everything is okay.

It is highly likely that you suffer from Low Blood Pressure.

you have a serious heart problem your heart isnt strong enough to pump blood to your brain with the force of gravity if taken care of when the symptoms start appearing they can be nipped and destroyed and have the problem go away but because you have waited so long you have probably done some irreversible damage that could keep you in a wheel chair/at risk of heart attack or stroke. go to the doctors immeadeatly you could be in serious danger if your hearts not strong enough to pump blood to your brain you honestly could die from a brisk walk.
