I have acute acne, I have been using doxycycline for a year now but it ain'!

Question: I have acute acne, I have been using doxycycline for a year now but it ain't fully treating. Please help me.?
Could it be that I should be paying attention to some other form of treatment?

Answers:

Nutritional deficiencies can cause acne and medication (doxycyline) takes away nutrition!! If you don't have enough potassium, vitamin B6, zinc, and vitamin A, you can get acne. seriously, you can google it, to see for yourself :) you can always get your vitamin levels checked out at the doctors.
What you eat effects your skin complexion much more than any medication or cream will!! Also, drinking plenty of water helps rejuvenate the skin, cleaning out the toxins in the body, and giving you a great complexion. eat mostly vegetables and greens (spinach, kale, chard, collard greens, etc....)

personal experience

My acne was bad. So I use 3 different types of acne medication. I use Doxycycline, Benzaclin, and Tazorac. The Benzaclin and Tazorac are both creams. I use Tazorac once a week, Benzaclin 6 times a week, and take a pill of Doxycycline a day.

me friend broddy gots the same issue
listen wally heres what i suggest:

1) get urslef some fish, not from the freezer, fresh kill
2)skin the fish and put it all over ur body
3)after 5 hours take it off and suck the oil off of it. Eat it.
4) lick the excess oil off ur skin
5) PRESTO. UNADVERTIZED ACNE CURE

I would go see a doctor for an alternative treatment or even a dermatogist. They know more than anyone else about your skin and how to treat it.

Had acute acne before myself, and now not so much

The only thing that works for me is plain white dove soap then 10 percent benzoyl peroxide.
