What should you do if you are suspecting cancer?!

Question: What should you do if you are suspecting cancer?
Answers:

After seeing the dr?? Like steps you go and do on your own?? Do what the dr says... There are steps to follow when cancer is suspected. Often it's an ultrasound, then if something's found, cat scan often follows, then if something's found, an mri often follows that.. then a biopsy is usually performed. In between all that, various procedures are performed depending where the suspicious area is...

The doctor should biopsy the suspected tumor or node. This should give you a definitive answer. If you don't have cancer, you go on with life as if nothing happened. If you do have cancer; Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance. It's the grieving process and you'll most likely go though it. You'll reject the news. Then you'll hate the doctor who told you, the nurse that was there, just about anyone you can be mad at. Then you'll wish you could trade cancer for a stroke, or a heart disease. After that is pretty basic, you'll just sit ideally, thinking all day. Then you'll learn to accept it. Then you'll write a will, go on vacation, whatever.

If DOC suspects a cancer ,he or she will advise battery of tests to confirm or rule out.
You need to follow advise and get the tests done.
Further DOC will guide.
