It could be several things and if this doesn't help you should consult a dermatologist..First start to drink more water.Hydration starts inside you too...Don't use any soaps on your face..Use a soap free cleanser.. Aquanil is a really good one you can buy in any store(Wal Mart) or pharmacy..Treat skin very gently..Use a gentle ,oil free moisturizer..Cetaphil is one that is inexpensive and good for sensitive skin..Try this for a week or two..Avoid hot water on face and be careful not to let shampoos get on face in shower..It could be as simple as contact dermatitis or sensitive skin reaction.Try what I told you for a couple of weeks..If you don't get relief please see a Doctor or dermatologist..
My grand son developed that last week.
His mother took him to the Dermatologist, he said something like
it was due to the dry climate ( who knows!)
gave him some medication. Seems to get better
