What's the difference between radiation and chemotherapy?!

Question: What's the difference between radiation and chemotherapy?
Answers:

I just finished going through these treatments with my sister who was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer (incurable) and the difference between the two is great. Chemotherapy is a series of IV drugs that are put in your body with an IV through a power port or your veins. It's a mixture of drugs your oncologist orders for the person getting the treatment so it is very individual as to the health, their breathing intake, how early the cancer was found, and how well the person responds to the treatment order. Radiation on the other hand is a serious of treatments where they map your body with an ink that guide the radiation to the exact mark where the cancer is inside you so that every time they shoot the radiation they hit the exact spot on your body.
To explain what happens to the person while getting the treatments is to say it is very hard because they get very sick because the medicines to kill the cancer not only kill the bad cancer cells but also kill the good cells and make you very weak, You become nauseated and lose your appetite and want to sleep all the time. The radiation in a sense is even worse because your throat becomes so dry you can't swollen anything including your own spit, your throat burns, your energy is gone, and you go every day for weeks on end. You do blood work, and cat scans, and wait for the results and all you want to hear is one word. REMISSION.

Personal story.

Chemo is controlled amounts of radiation released to kill the diseased cells.
Because it is radiation, it will destroy good cells as well.
