How can i reduce a pimples size and reddness?!

Question: How can i reduce a pimples size and reddness?
I use the cliinque ance system and it works pretty good, but I am very irregular with when I use it. Some days I might use it all week, but others I might use it only four times a week. This week is one of the weeks I'm lacking on using it and now I have a HUGE pimple, with tons of reddness a little bit under my eye, and a smaller really red pimple around my lip. Please help me! And thank you in advance for anyone who answers!(:

Putting ice on the pimple should reduce swelling. And i recommend getting Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment. When i have a bad pimple, i put a dab on before I go to bed and in the morning, it is usually smaller and less noticeable. Another thing is popping a big pimple is gross but it's actually good, you just have to do it right. I got this little tool that you clean with rubbing alcohol then press against your pimple to pop it. Can't remember what it's called but it's made of metal. It's a rod with a hoop on one end and on the other end is similar to a tiny bowl with a hole in it. The hoop end is for pimples and the other is for blackheads. Really hope this helps you out and goodluck! Acne is such a pain :(

ps- I'd be really grateful if you could answer my question :) Thanks and again, goodluck!

if you look up Michelle Phan's videos on youtube, she has a certain "aspirin mask" that will aid you in your problem. I have used it twice so far, and any reddness in my face has completely vanished!! Definitely check it out because it has salicylic acid in it which is used in many high end acne products :)
