Question: I want to stop snoring! 10 POINTS?
Well basically, Im going on a school trip soon and i snore. my friends always talk about how they can't get sleep if some1 breathes really loud. How are they going to cope with me for a week :/
When I sleep i have my mouth open. my cousin always says i snore loud. however she heasn't stayed round for a while . . how can I stop? i sleep on my side . . . also i've been snoring my whole life? and i get a stuffy nose and I use this vick nose thing so i my nose won't be stuffy

try a air cleaner or something or just get more sleep because my sister sleep with her mouth open and start to snore when she is really tired or sleepy so try that let me know if it works
