Small bumps on arm? What are they?!

Question: Small bumps on arm? What are they?
I dunno, I just woke up a few days ago and had dozens of tiny bumps on my arm. There are maybe 50 on my left arm and maybe 15 on my right. First I thought it was like an allergic reaction, but I haven't been doing anything different in terms of food or fabric. I also thought it could just be a weird rash, but I don't think so. The bumps are really tiny, the biggest are like a few millimeters across. Some are slightly red but a lot are just bumps. They are smooth and semi-hard, but there's no pain or redness of the skin except for those few bumps. However, more and more are turning red (There were no red ones at the start and now there are maybe twenty. They are also all on the underside of my arm, so it can't be hair-related.

Summary:
Lots of bumps, redness, no swelling, itch, or pain. Been there for a few days with no discernible reason.

Answers:

I have the same thing (I think) and these are called mila. Mila are like un-pop-able zits. Except they aren't zits. You can get these about anywhere and they are trapped protien. They are nothing to worry about. You can get these to go away by seeing a doctor and they will lightly push a needle into them and squeeze the protien out, although it is not necessary. You can keep them or scrub at them with a rough sponge.
Almost everyone has mila if they realize it or not.
